Verification may require submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.4 Account Currency. All ok jili accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.

4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to ok jili is a breach of these Terms. ok jili reserves the right to suspend your account and recover any funds subject to a chargeback, including through legal proceedings where necessary.

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable bonus terms before claiming any offer.

10.3 ok jili's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ok jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ok jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 ok jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ok jili is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) ok jili has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; or (d) you fail to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
11.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your ok jili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
11.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ok jili reserves the right to void and forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where such funds are reasonably connected to the prohibited conduct.

Where changes are material, ok jili will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
